The orange sauce is a great variation on the standard turkey recipe.
Roast turkey until done (internal temperature should reach at least 165°F). Simmer orange juice and sugar until the liquid is reduced by half. Cut oranges and lemons into rondels. Pour over cooked turkey and dress with oranges and lemons.
*Subsitute sour orange juice by mixing two parts regular orange juice with one part lemon juice.
