In the Country



For this Royalty lunch I knew that I wouldn't have easy access to any cooking equipment, and that I had a two hour drive to get to the site that morning. I therefore chose only recipes that could be served cold. All of the dishes were well recieved, with the duck getting a large number of positive comments.
