Ingredients

1/2 cup Applesauce
1/2 - 1 Tbsp. Mustard, ground
1/4 tsp. Grains of Paradise

Method

Mix applesauce with spices, serve.

To make mustard sauceTake some applesauce and add some mustard with ground grains of paradise. Mix this well together.
